Weekend Box Office - "The House at the End of the Street" was number one with $13.0 million, "End of Watch" was number two by virtue of making just a fraction less than the same $13.0 million as the number one movie, and at number three with $12.7 million was Clint Eastwood's new movie "Trouble with the Curve".

The animated adaptation of one of the most celebrated graphic novels of all time 'Batman: The Dark Knight Returns" debuts today on DVD/Bluray. I could say all sorts of great things about book the graphic novel and the animated movie, but it's much better just to let the trailer spaek for itself.

The Fall Season finale of "Doctor Who" airs this Saturday and we bid a fond farewell to beloved companions Amy and Rory, affectionally known as The Ponds ( ironically Rory's last name is Williams, but the Doctor refers to him as Mr. Pond. The season finale is entitled "The Angels Take Manhattan" and features of course, The Weeping Angels. By the way, did I mention that the episode also features Alex Kingston as their grown up daughter River Song, The Doctor's wife.
