The Marvel movie to follow the soon to be released "Thor: The Dark World"
will be "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" and from the looks of the recently released first trailer it promises to be quite a thrill ride. If this trailer doesn't get you excited about the movie, check your pulse, you may be quite dead.

Another recently released trailer that I have been waiting for with baited breath is "X-Men: Days of Future Past". Bryan Singer, director of the first and second X-Men movies returns to the franchise and incorporates the casts of the X-Men franchise with the cast of the prequel "X-Men: The First Class", as well as, adding some faces by introducing some popular characters from the comic books. Brace yourself.

The newest DC Animated movie to be released on DVD/ Bluray is "Justice League: War" the origin story for DC Comics The New 52 relaunch. This is both the origin story for The New 52 version of The Justice League and the characters first time meeting each other. While this is not a literal adaptation of the actual graphic novel this animated movie looks to be as exciting and entertaining as the actual illustrated story was. Check it out and enjoy.

Arriving in stores in three days on 10/25/13. "Batman: Arkham Origins" is perhaps the most anticipated video game in years. When the trailer for this game was first released five months ago it exploded onto the internet and created a gamer frenzy. Why not? After all it's Batman. Check out the latest TV spot for this awesome game.

"Call of Duty: Ghosts" is perhaps the other most anticipated of all the video games soon to be released. Check out the official reveal trailer and you'll understand why.

"Ender's Game" is based on the bestselling book by Orson Scott Card that started out as a short story in a science fiction magazine. After many years the story finally makes it to the big screen and from all appearances promises to be quite an impressive movie.

Weekend Box Office - "Gravity" starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock was number one for a second week with $44.27 million, "Captain Phillips" starring Tom Hanks was number two with $26 million, and "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2" rounded out the top three with $14.2 million. Worth honorable mention simply because of its status as a sequel of a movie originally based on a phony trailer is "Machete Kills" which opened at a distant forth with $3.8 million. However, I'll bet that this movie is as much fun as its predecessor.

Director Joss Whedon ("Marvel's The Avengers") version of the famous Shakespeare play is a fresh and innovative take on one of the famous playwright's brilliant comedies. "Much Ado About Nothing" retains the language of the play in a modern and contemporary setting using many of the directors notable actors and filmed in black and white. Worth checking out even if you don't like Shakespeare. Heaven forbid.
