The new SyFy television series Continuum premiered last week and I nearly missed it because it really flew under the radar. The show is familiar sci-fi premise with a some very new twists and turns. The star Rachel Nichols ( "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra", " Star Trek") plays Kiera Cameron a detective from the year 2077 finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver and searching for ruthless criminals from the future. I recommend checking this show out.
Summit Entertainment has released a trailer for "Red 2", the sequel to the popular action - comedy "Red" based on the comic books by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner. The cast includes Bruce Willis, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Byung Hun Lee, Brian Cox, and Neal McDonough. Based on the trailer, the sequel looks quite promising. Check it out.
