Weekend Box Office - Bruce Willis once again steps into the role of John McClane in "A Good Day to Die Hard" which was number one with a proverbial bullet bringing in $24.8 million, coming in at number two "Identity Thief" featuring Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy making $23.7 million, and at number three "Safe Haven" featuring Josh Duhamel and Julianne Hough.

 

 

 

 

                                                                                 

 

 

 

   The 3D animated family comedy "Escape from Planet Earth" opened this past weekend just outside the top three movies, yet I feel it deserves a mention because the he clever twist on the classic sci-fi tale of aliens coming to the planet.
