Weekend Box Office - "The Purge" was number one bringing in $36.4 million, "Fast & Furious 6" was number two with $19.8 million, "Now You See Me" rounded out the top three $19.5 million.
There are a few movies opening this coming weekend, but the most anticipated of them all is "Man of Steel" from director Zack Snyder ("300", "Watchmen") and producer Christopher Nolan (Director of "The Dark Knight trilogy). Action speaks louder than words and this trailer is action packed and exciting.
Opening this week is the "end of the world" comedy that features James Franco, Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, Jay Baruchel, Craig Robinson, Danny McBride, Michael Cera, and Emma Watson playing distorted versions of themselves trying to survive when the apocalypse occurs while they are all at a party together.

The prequel to "The Wizard of Oz", " Oz The Great and Powerful" shows how the man from Kansas would come to be know as The Wizard of Oz. The movie introduces us to characters both familiar and new.
This retelling of the classic fairytale has the grown up Hansel and Gretel using their childhood experience to fuel their desire for revenge by hunting witches. The trailer shows this action packed edgy version of the famous brother and sister duo.
Arriving in theaters December 13th, second part of series that is adapting J.R.R. Tolkien book "The Hobbit". "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" finds Bilbo Baggins continuing his quest with Gandalf The Wizard, Thorin Oakenshield, and a company of thirteen Dwarves to reclaim the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.
