Weekend Box Office: "IT" based on the best selling book by Stephen King was number one with $123.1 million, "Home Again" the feel good comedy starring Reese Witherspoon was number two with $9 million, and "The Hitman's Bodyguard" the action/comedy starring Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. "American Assassin" is scheduled to open in theaters this Friday. When a veteran of the Cold War Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton) trains CIA black ops recruit Mitch Rapp (Dylan O'Brien) they receive an assignment that reveals a wave of seemingly random attacks on both military and civilian targets.Together they discover a pattern that leads them to join forces with a lethal Turkish agent to stop a mysterious operative who intends to start a World War. DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season Three premieres Tuesday, October 10, less than a month from today.
