Weekend Box Office: Disney/Pixar's "Coco" the animated feature about boy's adventure to the "Land of the Dead" was number one for the third week in a row with $18.5 million, "Justice League" the DC Comics superhero team in their first movie outing was number two with $9.7 million, and "Wonder" the family-friendly drama starring Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, and Jason Tremblay was number three with $8.4 million.

                                                                                 

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is scheduled to open in theaters this Friday. The much-anticipated follow-up to "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is ready to make its debut. The story of the new conflict of Jedi vs.Sith promises to take you on a wild ride full of twists and turns that will leave you excited and breathless.

                                                                               
                                                                             

"Jurrasic World: Fallen Kingdom" is scheduled to open in theaters on June 22, 2018. Owen and Claire return to the island to rescue the dinosaurs. The island has become unstable and is ready to erupt. The mission turns into a fight for survival as the island begins erupting and raining lava sending the dinosaurs into a frenzy.

                                                                              

Marvel's "Jessica Jones" Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on March 8 exclusively on Netflix. Jessica returns to the work she feels best suited for, but the biggest mystery of her life comes back to haunt her. The closer she gets to finding out the truth about the origin of her superpowers the more danger she attracts. Business as usual for this hardboiled, hard drinking, superpowered private eye.

                                                                          

Alita: Battle Angel" is scheduled to open in theaters on July 20, 2018, Producer James Cameron and director Robert Rodriguez join forces to breathe life into this classic anime character. Based on the manga series "Gunnm" by Yukito Kishiro and adapted into a screenplay by James Cameron, Laeta Kalogridis, and Robert Rodriguez. The cast features Rosa Salazar, Christoph Waltz, Jennifer Connelly, Mahershala Ali, Ed Skrein, Jackie Earle Haley, and Keean Johnson.

                                                                    

"Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" is scheduled to open in theaters Christmas 2018. From Sony Pictures Animation in association with Marvel offers a glimpse at "a different universe where more than one wears the mask". Phil Lord and Christopher Miller ("21 Jump Street", "The Lego Movie") using their unique talents provides us with a fresh look at the Spider-Man Universe and introduces us to Brooklyn teen Miles Morales who inherits the mantle of Spider-Man.
