Weekend Box Office - "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Pt.2" was number one for the second week in a row with $43 million, the latest installment of the James Bond franchise, "Skyfall" came in a strong second with $36 million, and "Lincoln" was number three bringing in $25 million and creating a major Oscar buzz for star Daniel Day Lewis. Two new movie opened at fourth and fifth that deserve mention, based on a popular children's book series "Rise of the Guardians" the new animated movie opened with $24 million and "Life of Pi" from Director Ang Lee and based on the book of the same name opened with $22 million.
Director Bryan Singer took to Twitter and revealed that Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan will be reprising their roles as Professor Xavier and Magneto in "X-Men: Days of Future Past". James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult from "X-Men: First Class" will also be reprising their roles. Sounds promising.
The Syfy 20th Anniversary Special will air on Monday Dec.10 at 9pm. Narrated by Dean Cain, the two-hour special will feature actors,directors, and producers from Syfy shows like Alphas, Battlestar Galactica, Being Human, Caprica, Defiance, Eureka, Farscape,Haven, Lost Girl, Sanctuary, Stargate: SG1, and Warehouse 13.
One of the most kickass animated shows ever to air on Cartoon Network returns to Toonami. Naruto will begin airing Saturday Dec.1st from the beginning and completely uncut. If you've never seen this animated show you had better set your DVR and saddle up, you're in for a ride.
