A movie debuted last weekend outside the top three that definitely deserves honorable mention that movie is  "Dead Man Down". The movie stars Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace and is directed by Niels Arden Oplev, director of the original "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". I'll let the trailer speak for itself.

This May, almost coinciding with the theatrical release of "Iron Man 3", Disney XD is debuting "Marvel's Avengers Assemble".The show will debut with a special one hour preview on May 26 followed by the series premiere on July 7 Unlike the previous series, "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" which was extremely popular among the fanbase. This animated show will focus on characters from the movie "The Avengers". Added to that mix is The Falcon a character from the comics with strong ties to both Captain America and The Avengers. No indication at this time if we will be seeing fan faves from the previous series like The Black Panther, Ms.Marvel, The Vision, or even Ant-Man and the Wasp.

"Upside Down" starring Jim Sturges and Kirsten Dunst is about a forbidden romance between two people from two different worlds ... literally. This is a brilliant concept and the trailer looks amazing. Check it out.

Gerard Butler, Aaron Ekhart, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett, and Rick Yune star in this movie about the White House under siege and the President a captive of terrorists. Directed by Antoine Fuqua who brought us "The Replacement Killers","Training Day", and "King Arthur".

In this sequel to Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs they return to the island and what they find is both surprising and unexpected. This movie looks as funny and as clever as the first one, perhaps even more so. Check out the trailer and be prepared to laugh.
