Weekend Box Office - Disney's "Tomorrowland" starring George Clooney, Hugh Laurie, and Britt Robertson was number one with $32.2 million, "Pitch Perfect 2" starring Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson was number two with $30.3 million, and "Mad Max: Fury Road" director George Miller's rekindling of the franchise he created was number three with $23.8 million.

"Spy" starring Melissa McCarthy opens on June 6. The spy movie spoof also stars Jude Law, Jason Statham, Rose Byrne, Allison Janney, and Miranda Hart. McCarthy plays a CIA analyst who longs to be a field agent. When a mission goes sideways for one of the seasoned field agents, she finally gets her opportunity to step in with hilarious results.

"Terminator Genisys" is not your traditional franchise reboot. Since the movie's premise already involves time travel, they seem to have taken a page from the "Star Trek" movie franchise to reimagine the classic "Terminator" story. This version stars Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese, Jason Clarke as John Connor, Byung-hun Lee as T-1000, and Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising his role as The Terminator.

"Lucifer" is the upcoming Fox network show that revolves around the original fallen angel. In this story, Lucifer is tired of being the devil walks away from his responsibilities as The Lord of Hell to live among people. This show is based on a comic book series from the DC Comics Vertigo line and developed for television by Len Wiseman and Jerry Bruckheimer. I am amazed that the premise of a show that has Lucifer as the protagonist was given a green light. Bold move!
