Weekend Box Office: Disney's "Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreak-It Ralph 2" featuring the voices John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman was number one with $56 million, "Creed II" the sequel to the 2015 movie "Creed" starring Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone was number two with $35 million, and  Dr. Seuss' "The Grinch" the family-friendly CG animated retelling of the Christmas classic was number three with $30 million.

"The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part" is scheduled to open in theaters on February 8, 2019, Emmet and the other heroes of Bricksburg head off to space to save Lucy (a.k.a. Wyldstyle) and to stop invaders intent on destroying everything faster than they can rebuild.  Featuring the voices of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, and Arturo Castro. 

                                                                           
                                                                                 

Disney's "Lion King" is scheduled to open in theaters July 19, 2019. Director Jon Favreau (Marvel Studios "Iron Man", Disney's "The Jungle Book") retells and re-imagines the now classic animated "Lion King' in Disney Live Action. Taking us to the African savanna where we follow Simba, the future king through betrayal and tragedy on his journey to reclaim his rightful place as ruler on Pride Rock.

"Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse" is scheduled to open in theaters on December 14. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller ("The LEGO Movie", "21 Jump Street") bring their unique style to this animated addition to the Spider-Man mythos. Brooklyn teen Miles Morales learns that from Peter Parker how to be Spider-Man and meets other versions of Spider-Man that populate the Spiderverse.
