"The Magnificent Seven" scheduled to be in theaters this September is a remake of the classic 1960 movie of the same name. The original was based on the 1954 movie "The Seven Samurai" from director Akira Kurosawa. "Ghostbusters" the updated version of the popular 1980's film received was probably the most polarizing trailer to come out this year. Many fans of the original movie reacted negatively to the initial announcement of this movie reboot, which seem to dash all hopes of a long desired sequel. The release of the trailer did nothing to win over fans who were already dead set against the movie's existence. I'm going to keep an open mind and give this movie a chance.
